One of the most important factors in wide organizational changes is human resources. The creation of participative management style is required for developing human resources, increasing productivity and encouraging employees to enhance their skills in order to achieve organizational objectives. In this regard, superiority belongs to the organizations that are willing to take risk and refer decision-makings to the lowest possible organizational level. Accordingly, given the importance of employees' participation in their productivity, in this study, it was tried to investigate the relationship between participative management and employees' productivity
